Interior

Engine

However, even if the manual transmission of this vehicle hasn’t been tested, it must be superior to Kia’s yo-yo shifting dual-clutch transmission. Its handling is also a problem. The simple torsion-beam rear suspension on the entry-level models does an excellent job of cushioning the shocks caused by rough roads. Due to its independent suspension, the GT can lean into corners and change lanes at high speeds without being dampened. For sportier driving, the Forte would be suitable; for more exhilarating driving, choose the Civic Si or the Hyundai Elantra n-Line.
